Vice President - Open for Nominations

(Vice President - In the absence of President, presides over all meetings, assists Executive Director and President in executing plans and goals, acts as a liaison between the organization and other organizations affiliated with the special needs community.)

Corresponding Secretary - Kristin Hise

Recording Secretary - Aspen Marshall

 

President and Treasurer serve 2-year terms. All others serve 1-year terms. These positions are open for nominations in 2020. See Article IV in the by-laws

 

As of January 20, 2020, the executive director position will be vacant. The executive director is appointed by the board of directors when the needs of the foundation require the leadership of an director. See Article VIII in the by-laws.
